2 Piece Large Wood Hanging Sconce Pair

A Curio Guild special, this sconce pair might just be that final missing piece for your rustic décor arrangement. Crafted in Spain from solid wood with simple yet intriguing designs, both pieces utilize a single steel needle to secure a candle in place. The wood is secured by cut iron pins, adding to its primitive aesthetic. These lanterns hang by durable braided ropes threaded through the top of the half-moon check. For a truly stylish placement, we recommend 3-4" screw hooks which also adds to safety while in use. 

These pieces have been cleaned and lightly polished, but can do with any desired level of extra buffing. For candles, there is a surface area of 2.4 (W) x 3-3.5" (H). The ropes are about half an inch thick and provide a 5" hang. 

Approximately: 15.8 x 6" with a 3" wide tail. Each piece weighs about 1lb, 14 oz

Notes From the Guild: As depicted, minor scuffs exist on each piece. Do not leave unattended while in use and use appropriately sized candles (not for tapers). 

Fun Fact: When first discovered, tallow candles had been used.
